After downloaded the .nfl/ .swf /.sis/ .sisx file to your PC.

Use either infrared, bluetooth, or the USB cable that came with your phone to transfer the file to your phone.

Series 40 phones:
1 Copy the .nfl/.swf file to your phone’s theme folder. You can access the screensaver through Settings – Display – Wallpaper or Screen Saver.

2 Then, select Image – Theme, choose the file to set it as the screensaver.

Series 60 phones:
1 Install the .sis/.sisx file with Nokia PC Suite.

2 After installation, got to Tools – Settings – General – Personalisation – Themes – power saver

3 Then select Animation -  Select Animation File, then browse the .swf file from “Others” folder of both Phone and Memory Card, choose the file to set as screensaver.

Via Tutorial Center, Blue_Chi has posted a new tutorial, the tutorial will teach you how to create a very simple analogue clock in Flash Lite 1.1. 

This movie can be used as a screen saver on any mobile phone that supports Flash Lite screen savers. We are going to use very simple FSCommands and _rotation properties to create this effect. You are not expected to have any advanced prior knowledge with Flash Lite to follow this tutorial.
